Special Note: A few potential guests have raised concerns about the proximity of The Honeybee Cabin to the main road, Rt 30. When looking at the map, it does appear concerning, especially for those seeking a tranquil getaway. Luckily, The Honeybee Cabin is situated on a private road, leading you on a meandering path downhill towards the river. The dense foliage acts as a natural buffer, effectively blocking out the noise and commotion from the busy road. 

Suggestions:

• We recommend downloading the area’s maps ahead of time on your favorite Map App as the cell service can be patchy throughout the Adirondack Park.

• If you are bringing a boat trailer or larger vehicle, it is easier to access Bogle Road from the North. You may need to turnaround if you are coming from the South.

• After you turn onto the private road, keep to your right past the Welcome Bear. 

• Be mindful not to block the path located on the left side of the driveway. It is a deeded access that the neighbor occasionally uses as a secondary passageway

• 4WD vehicles (and road side assistance) are very highly recommended during the Winter. Although the roads are maintained, we are not responsible for weather or road conditions on or off the property.
